Because Winter’s Anvil works exclusively with .999 fine silver, all prices are directly influenced by the daily silver market. Due to this volatility, all sales are final once an order is placed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on silver items, including jewelry, miniatures, bars, or custom pieces. This policy protects both the customer and the business from fluctuations in precious‑metal value.
If you have questions about a product before purchasing, we’re always happy to help.
Non‑Returnable Items
All items sold by Winter’s Anvil are considered non‑returnable, including:
- .999 fine silver jewelry
- Silver miniatures
- Hand‑poured silver bars or ingots
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Limited‑edition or one‑of‑a‑kind items
Because each piece is handcrafted and made from pure silver, we cannot accept returns based on:
- Change of mind
- Price changes in the silver market
- Minor variations in texture, finish, or appearance (normal for handmade items)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation. This is the only circumstance where a refund or exchange may be offered.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we begin crafting your piece and cannot guarantee cancellation.
Authenticity
All pieces are crafted from certified .999 fine silver and inspected for purity and quality before shipment.
Repairs
We do not offer resizing, but if your item needs repair due to a defect, contact us and we will assess the situation individually.
Agreement
By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy. Winter’s Anvil reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not meet our criteria.
