Is this real silver?
Yes. Every SILV token and every Bitz unit corresponds to real, vaulted silver. Nothing is synthetic or unbacked.
Minting & Burning
How does minting work?
Minting occurs only when new physical silver enters the vault. A cold issuer wallet authorizes the creation of new SILV tokens.
How does burning work?
Burning happens when a customer redeems SILV for physical silver. Tokens are permanently destroyed to match the metal leaving the vault.
Can SILV be minted without silver?
No. Minting is strictly tied to physical silver inventory. No exceptions.
Redemption
Can I redeem SILV for physical silver?
Yes. SILV is fully redeemable. You can pick up your silver at the mint or have it shipped securely.
What is required for redemption?
You submit a redemption request, verify your identity, and send your SILV to the redemption address. Once burned, your silver is released.
How long does redemption take?
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on volume and shipping method.

What is the Hybrid Plan?
A monthly silver program where you choose how your silver is delivered — physical, SILV, or any combination.
Can I change my allocation?
Yes. You can adjust your physical/digital split anytime with no penalties.
Do I need to understand crypto?

How do I know the silver is real?
Vault inventory reports, mint/burn logs, and redemption records ensure full transparency and accountability.
Can the supply be inflated?
No. SILV supply can only increase when new silver is added to the vault.
